Policy on distribution

To meet the Stockholders expectation with the view to make distribution for a long term in a stable manner, financial results and past dividend pay out ratio are taken in consideration. Also with this view the Reserve shall carefully be utilized for future investment in business development and strengthening managerial structure.

We take it as our ground policy to pay out dividend twice a year; at mid-year and at the year-end.
The resolution for dividend is carried at the Board of Directors Meeting.

It is defined in the company’s Article of Association that the distribution of surplus shall be resolved at the Board of Directors Meeting pursuant to the provision of Section 459 of the Corporation Law unless otherwise stipulated in the other law.

On April 1, 2021, the Company implemented a 4-for-1 share sprit of its common stock. Dividend per share in yen for fiscal 2021 are calrculated as if these share sprits had occurred at beginning of those fiscal years.
